Welcome to The Kaley School of Music, where We Bring Music Home to You! I'm Kaley Shorter, the Director. We are Gainesville's original provider of music lessons in your home since 2004.

We offer a comprehensive study of music instrument performance, composition, and history with drum, guitar, piano, voice, and brass and woodwinds lessons.

The Kaley School of Music is focused solely on serving Gainesville and its environs. Private lessons are taught by energetic, qualified, and trusted teachers in the comfort and convenience of your own home.

We created this site to try to answer any of your questions, but we're always happy to talk to you in person! You'll find a phone number and an email link on the bottom of every page of this site.

Teacher Spotlight

The Kaley School of Music welcomes guitar teacher Shane Welker to our team. Shane is a recent graduate from the University of Florida who has worked extensively with youth through national nonprofit organizations and locally through volunteering at Lincoln Middle School and currently lends his musical talents to the worship ensemble at First Assembly Church of God in Gainesville.
