I'm interested...but what does it cost?
Our lesson rates are incredibly competitive with what you'd find at other studios you'd have to drive to. The easiest way to find out how much it will cost for lessons is to fill out our rate calculator. This calculator takes into account your location, the number of students in the household and their skill level.
Fees:
There are three factors that determine the fee:

Duration of lessons: Forty-five-minute lessons are the norm, but we have 30-minute lessons available for very young beginners or special circumstances, and 60-minute lessons available for advanced students. Rates include driving time, mileage, and inclusion in our semiannual recitals.

Level Variable: Each student is charged accordingly for his or her Kaley School Level, which is assessed by the Director during initial phone conversations, or you can provide this info on the application. Please see the Level Guidelines at left for an explanation of the Kaley School's Level System. Teachers are appropriately assigned to teach the proper level for each student. When a student is ready to move up to the next Level, his or her teacher will administer an evaluation, with at least one guardian present. The new rate will take effect at the next quarterly billing period. A personalized certificate, evaluation, and recognition (at our recitals) are given to each student upon graduating to a new Level.
Discounts:
Multi-Student Discount
Discounts are given for multiple students in the same family, taught by the same teacher, on the same visit. We only charge you the driving fee once per visit, so the other student’s lesson rate would be lower.
Referral Program
We have a referral program which can earn you unlimited discounts on your bill. For every student your refer, you will receive $25 off your next bill after the new student has completed 3 months of lessons.
Payment Policies:
Tuition is due in advance on the first of each month. Tuition may be paid quarterly or monthly. No lessons will be conducted until tuition is paid for that month. We operate year-round but do make allowances for vacations and holidays.
There is a one-time $30.00 New Enrollment Fee per student, due upon sign-up. Tuition for the remainder of the month or quarter is due upon signup. We are unable to hold a student’s time slot which is not paid in full by one week after sign-up.
Late payments are disruptive and must be kept to a minimum to ensure competitive pricing, continuous lessons for students, and dependable work for our teachers. There is a $20.00 fee for late payments.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER on a secure, free, online tuition payment system, in addition to accepting quarterly checks. Clients also have the option of signing up for automatic credit card withdrawal on our secure payment system.
